REMOTE SALES AGREEMENT
ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE
This Distance Sales Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. The BUYER agrees to examine the information on www.piufortio.com , both before the establishment of this Agreement, before the order is placed, and by assuming the payment obligation, and will be informed about the following issues.

ARTICLE 3 - FEATURES OF THE SOLD PRODUCT AND PAYMENT TERMS
3.1. The BUYER accepts and declares that he has information about the main features of the product, the sales price including taxes, the payment method and delivery, and gives the necessary confirmation in writing. The BUYER accepts and declares that he has obtained all the information that must be given by …………………. According to the Distance Selling Regulation before the SELLER accepts this Agreement.
3.2. The quality and quantity of the product purchased by the BUYER https://piufortio.com/ is the same as the information on the website and invoice. After the product is sold, the order summary and the terms of the sales contract are sent to the BUYER's e-mail address. In case of additional costs for shipping and delivery, this information will also be sent to the BUYER's e-mail address.
3.3. www.piufortio.com in case of any error about product price due to system errors on the website, the error will be immediately reported to the BUYER. Depending on the BUYER's preference, either the transaction is canceled or the sale is continued at the actual price of the product.
3.4. The price of the product and the exchange rate for payment may vary depending on the place of residence of the BUYER. The payment of the products purchased by the BUYER residing in Turkey will be made in Turkish Lira, and the payment of the products purchased by the BUYER residing outside Turkey will be made in Euro and USD exchange rates. In the event that the BUYER uses VPN to change his place of residence and purchases the product, the SELLER reserves the right to cancel the sales process accordingly.
3.5. Payment by credit card can be made in a single installment, or it can be paid in multiple installments depending on seasonal agreements with banks. Installments and possible subsequent interests are at the discretion of the relevant bank.
3.6. For the delivery of the product within the scope of the Sales Contract, the price of the product must be paid by the method preferred by the BUYER. In order for payments to be made by credit card, the BUYER must enter complete credit card information in the payment field. In case the product price is not paid or the payment is canceled by the bank, the SELLER may terminate the sales contract unilaterally and the SELLER's obligation to deliver the product ceases.
ARTICLE 4 – PRODUCT DELIVERY
4.1. The SELLER may notify the SELLER about the estimated delivery date for the purchased product. The delivery period cannot exceed the legal period of 30 (thirty) days specified in the Regulation on Distance Sales Contracts. If for any reason the order cannot be delivered within the time promised by the SELLER, the delay is notified to the BUYER.
4.2. The product will be delivered to the person at the delivery address specified by the BUYER, together with the invoice.
The SELLER is not responsible for any damages and expenses that may arise from the receipt of the product by a person at a delivery address other than the BUYER. If it is delivered to the person at the delivery address, this delivery is deemed to have been made to the BUYER. The SELLER shall be deemed to have fulfilled its obligations.
4.3. The BUYER is obliged to immediately check the product at the time of delivery and immediately notify the SELLER of the defects via the telephone number in the above contact information.
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER AND THE BUYER
5.1 The SELLER is responsible for the delivery of the product subject to the Contract in accordance with the qualifications and features specified in the order, complete, complete and together with the warranty documents and user manuals, if any.
5.2. The BUYER is obliged to immediately check the product at the time of delivery, to reject the product in case of any problem with the product or cargo, and to keep a report to the cargo company official. In the event that there is no detection and notification regarding the product status, the received product will be considered undamaged.
5.3. If it becomes impossible for the SELLER to deliver the ordered products or services, the SELLER is obliged to notify the consumer in writing or with permanent data storage tools within three days from the date of learning. must return all collected payments, including delivery costs, if any, within fourteen days at the latest following the date of notification. If the product is out of stock, it will not be considered as the impossibility of obtaining the product.
ARTICLE 6 – USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
The BUYER shall have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
The BUYER shall give the product to the seller or the supplier within 10 (ten) days following the date of withdrawal, unless the seller makes an offer to take the product back, provided that the right of withdrawal specified in Article 7 cannot be exercised. In addition, the product/products that must be returned within 10 (ten) days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with standard accessories, if any. In any way, in order for the SELLER to offer it for sale again. In this case, the delivery costs of the product belong to the SELLER. The return of the orders whose invoices are issued on behalf of the institutions will not be completed unless a RETURN invoice is issued.
In case of withdrawal, the product price of the returned product is returned using the BUYER's original payment method within 14 (fourteen) days following the receipt of the product.
For refunds made by credit card, the refund period may vary depending on the bank. The product to be returned should not be used except for testing, should not be worn outside even for a short time, should not be in a condition that would prevent resale and/or be damaged by washing.
In case of withdrawal, if the returned product does not meet the return policy conditions, the product will be delivered to the same address without any additional payment.
ARTICLE 7 PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE USED WITH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Special products prepared and produced for special occasions such as New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Mother's / Father's Day are not refundable.
ARTICLE 8 – RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In disputes that may arise in connection with this Distance Sales Contract, the residence of the Buyer shall be decided by the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Arbitration Committees, up to the value declared by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, and the place where the Product or Service is purchased by the Buyer. Consumer receivables are evaluated by district/provincial consumer arbitration committees in line with the lower and upper limits specified in paragraph 1 of Article 68 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You can return any product you ordered from www.piufortio.com within 14 days without giving any reason and paying any penalty. The product to be returned should not be used except for testing, should not be worn outside even for a short time, should not be in a condition that would prevent resale and/or be damaged by washing.
To return a product, you can let us know which product you would like to return by emailing info@piufortio.com . After making your notification, you can return the product(s) you want to return to the address below, together with the invoice and the filled return form on the back of the invoice.

The product return conditions will be as follows:
The products to be returned must be returned in unused, unworn and unwashed conditions, together with the original invoice and the filled return form on the back of the invoice. The product must be packed in its original packaging without any damage and must be returned to the return address given by us. Returns of anonymous and unannounced products will not be accepted.
If the product to be returned has been invoiced by a company, you will need to issue a return invoice and send it together with the return package. If there is no return invoice in company returns, these returns will not be accepted.
Returns for products that are not in their original packaging or damaged packaging, with any tags, duct tape or original packaging that are not damaged, will not be accepted. If returned products are delivered as defective, the products will be returned to the sender and all additional delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
If the product has any accessories at the time of first delivery to the buyer, these accessories must be packed in their original packaging and returned undamaged.
If the product is not suitable for return because it has lost its intended use and/or the product to be returned cannot be resold, these products cannot be returned either.
Special products prepared and produced for special occasions such as New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Mother's / Father's Day cannot be returned.

If a return is accepted, the price of the returned item will be refunded using the buyer's original payment method. If the returned product does not meet the return policy conditions, it will be returned to the same address without any extra payment.
You will be notified by email if the product return is completed and processed. The product price will be refunded using the original payment method. If the payment is made by bank transfer, the product price will be returned to the IBAN account you specified in the return form. If the payment is made by credit card, the refund will be transferred to the credit card. The reflection time of this refund on your bank statement may vary depending on the bank. If the refund takes longer than you expect, please be sure to contact your bank.
Replacement Policy
You can change any product you ordered from www.piufortio.com within 14 days from the delivery date by sending a notification of change without giving any reason. The product to be replaced with a return should not be used except for testing, should not be worn outside even for a short time, and should not be in a condition that would prevent it from being resold due to being washed and/or damaged.
To change the product, you can send an e-mail to info@piufortio.com , and let us know the product you want to change.
After making your notification, you can change the product/products you want to change together with the invoice.
Please clearly state your exchange request on the return form and be sure to indicate which products and colors you wish to exchange.
After we receive your request together with the product you want to change, the product will be checked and if approved, it will be replaced with the product you want without paying any additional fee if it is in stock. If there is a price difference between the returned product and the product to be replaced, this price difference belongs to the consumer. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be made using the same payment method outlined in the return policy.
